Mike is the founder of SmartHabit, the Sustainable Performance model, and World-Class Facilitation. As CEO, Mike leads SmartHabit’s mission to help people everywhere own their workday with calm, clarity and confidence.
Mike has almost 20 years of experience helping organizations improve their performance through their people. In doing so, his collaboration with New York Times best selling authors and pioneers in human development from Stanford inspired what is now known as SmartHabit’s Sustainable Performance Model.
Prior to SmartHabit, Mike was a Senior Director at BTS. He led teams that designed and delivered experiential learning solutions for global organizations. He also saw new opportunities in the market for creating lasting, positive change.
Mike is an external advisor McKinsey & Company. He’s also a certified facilitator and coach, with a knack for engaging and inspiring people to own their workday. He holds a BA from Penn State University and MBA from DePaul University.
Ty is COO of SmartHabit. As COO, Ty oversees business and product development to ensure the company achieves its growth and impact objectives.
Prior to SmartHabit, Ty was employed at Microsoft for over 30 years. Initially a Microsoft architect and engineer, Ty wrapped up his career as a Senior Leader with responsibilities spanning North, Central, and South America. In his role, he focussed on leadership, strategy, and people for Modern Workplace Solutions.
Prior to joining the civilian sector, Ty was in the US Navy with a background in US Naval Intelligence.
Ty is the founder and principal of CyberDefense West, a cybersecurity firm focused on educating and advising organizations. He’s recently completed executive education programs at Wharton, Cornell Law, and Harvard.
Danni is the Director of Design for SmartHabit. In this role, Danni is responsible for tailoring SmartHabit solutions for client partners. She is also a certified facilitator and coach, with a flair for inspiring and empowering learners.
Danni is a diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity champion who is committed to creating communities where differences are recognized, valued, and leveraged for the good of individuals, teams, and organizations.
Danni is passionate about creating a world where everyone can own their workday and achieve more.
Rohit is a Senior Client Advisor for SmartHabit. In this role, Rohit guides client partners to achieve performance objectives through their people. He is also a certified facilitator, with a talent for guiding and supporting learners. He is one of the experts who delivers SmartHabit solutions and services.
